Lo spunto viene da The art of mindful reading:
WRITE A SIX-WORD MEMOIR
Choose a moment in your day where you will always be in a predictable place. This could be bedtime as the most obvious choice, or when you first get up in the morning. If you have a lunch-time or coffee-break routine, this could be your moment. Now, sit down with a pen and paper, and write a six-word memoir of the last twenty-four hours. Think of one thing that happened that was important – a conversation, an event or a moment. Then write that down in six words. Here are some examples: Stayed home sick, best day ever, Yesterday I was a different person, Who invited him to the party? Monday morning, French toast and espresso.
